Bolaida's Zero-Power Electrostatic Wet Precipitator is a cutting-edge wet scrubbing device with minimal fluid resistance, designed to replace traditional WESP systems. It efficiently removes dust and mist from scrubbers, FGD towers, and industrial flue gas streams (e.g., metallurgical acid production, titanium dioxide calcination, chemical acid mist treatment), offering 95% mist removal efficiency, zero external power consumption, and ultra-reliable operation.

Working Principle

    Step-by-Step Process:
  • Flue gas inlet: Humid gas enters from the bottom after scrubbing or FGD treatment.

  • Flow division: Multi-ring deflectors split gas into N zones (40-50m³/h per zone).

  • Coalescence: Velocity/direction changes trigger droplet-particle aggregation.

  • Centrifugal separation: Aggregates are removed via rotational force.
