Ceramic Fiber Filter Integrated Desulfurization
Denitrification & Dust Removal

This all-in-one technology enables simultaneous removal of SOx, NOx, particulates, HF, HCl, dioxins, and VOCs from flue gas. Suitable for glass kilns, ceramic kilns, waste incinerators, and biomass boilers, it achieves ultra-low emissions within a 150–400°C temperature range, with desulfurization efficiency >90%, denitrification >85%, and dust removal >99.5%.

Process Flow

  • The system comprises denitrification injection, desulfurization injection, a desulfurization mixing tower, integrated dust/denitrification units, and pneumatic conveying.

  • Flue gas enters the desulfurization reactor, where metered dry desulfurization agents mix with gas to remove SO₂, HCl, and HF. Simultaneously injected denitrification agents reduce partial NOx.

  • Post-preprocessing, flue gas enters the ceramic fiber filter unit. Particulates are trapped on the filter surface, while NOx is further reduced by catalysts on the porous inner wall. Residual SOx reacts with desulfurization agents in the dust collector, enhanced by secondary reactions with powdered agents on the filter exterior.

  • Cleaned gas is discharged through the chimney via an induced draft fan, meeting emission standards.
